ご飯の上におかずをのっけた「丼弁当」を作ろう！
毎日のお弁当作りに取り入れてみたい「丼弁当」。ご飯の上に作り置きしていたおかずなどをのっけるだけなので、手軽に時短で作れるというメリットも。また、おかずをドーンとのせたお弁当はボリューミーで食べるのも楽しみになりますよね。今回は、#enonstyleから丼弁当を4つご紹介します。

チキンカツ弁当

ごはんの上にどーんとのっけたチキンカツ弁当。メインを中央に盛り付けると、ボリューミーなお弁当になりますね。また、ご飯の上にそのまま揚げ物をのせず、しそなどを敷いておくと、油の染み込みによるご飯のべたつきを防ぐことができ、より一層おいしく味わえますよ。

2食丼弁当

甘辛く味付けした豚そぼろと、ふわふわ卵の2食丼は、ご飯との相性もぴったり。お弁当箱にご飯を敷き詰めたら、豚そぼろとたまごを分けて、隅々まで敷き詰めて盛り付けると◎。また、キッチンペーパーなどで水気を切って盛り付けると、ご飯のべたつきを防ぐことができ、よりおいしく食べられますよ。

プルコギ丼弁当

敷き詰めたご飯の上に、お肉とたっぷりの野菜を炒めて作るプルコギをのせたプルコギ丼。こってりした味付けは、ご飯に染み込んでも美味しいですよ。彩り豊かな野菜をちりばめることで、見た目も満足、野菜がたっぷり採れるのは嬉しいですよね。

親子丼弁当

鶏肉と玉ねぎを卵でふんわり包んだ親子丼。お弁当のすみずみまで詰まった丼弁当は、ボリュームがあって、食欲がそそられますよね。ほうれん草のおひたしなど、ちょっとした副菜で彩りをプラスするのも◎
